Depth of Field

The aperture of the lens being used for photography and camera distance are the two key factors that affect depth of field. Your focal point’s location and the distance between your camera and the subject both play a big role. You are nearer your subject the shallower the depth of field. As more of the image is kept sharp and clear, a deep depth of field results in a greater region in focus. It can also be used to describe a wide depth of field. Deep depths of field are ideal for landscapes since they have a greater field of view in focus. A small aperture should be utilized to capture this sharpness.
